our daughter

our daughter

Two years ago we were an ordinary Middle Class family, intent only on giving our five year old daughter the best start in life.

Then one day our home was raided by 18 police and RSPCA officials and in the resulting melee the little girl we loved and doted upon was taken away.

Despite the authorities agreeing that she has never suffered any sexual, physical or and psychological abuse a series of court hearings – 74 and counting  – have failed to bring our little girl home.

Apparently the anger we have directed at the authorities for the suffering they have inflicted on our little girl makes us bad parents – according to them there is now a “notional risk” of our child being psychologically damaged if she returns home.

This time last week the Court of Appeal refused to give us leave to challenge a lower court’s decision to place her up for adoption.

The next step will be to take this to the European Court in the hope that the judges there will see sense.

Absurdly we cannot even give you our names – let alone that of our daughter – because the authorities say this is being done to “protect” those involved.

This website has been created to update anyone who is interested in how our European case develops, but also for other parents who find themselves in the same awful position to know that there is someone they can reach out to.

Only by acting together do we have any hope of changing a system whereby loving parents are treated with complete contempt, and where children have no hope of leaving the foster care system once the decision has been to take them away from their parents.

Of course we are not arguing that the small minority of parents who actually harm their children should be allowed to keep them – this website is for the thousands who don’t yet still end up being abused themselves under the same system.

We owe it to our little girl not to give up – or for that matter the many others who have contacted us saying they wished they had fought against the local authorities putting their daughter or son into foster care.

Please visit this site regularly for updates and information.

Hi Emma – thanks for your support. While we do fully take on board your feedback please bear in mind that the site has only been live for 24 hours.

If what you say, and what I saw on the TV news tonight, is true, then this is horrific. I wish you well in your quest.

Reading Emma’s comment above… It took me less than a minute to find you – but that was thanks to the item on the BBC Local news mentioning the name (but not the address) of the site.

Good luck with publicising your troubles.

    Hi,

To fight the corruption which seems endemic in The SS and the underhand secrecy of the Family Courts COSTS MONEY.

That is often where the authorities have the upper hand and manipulate what is increasingly becoming a Police State.

To call it a Police State sounds extreme but you only need to see this case where 18 Police Officers with pepper spray attack a Mother & Father in front of their child. If YOU believe these things don’t happen ‘no smoke without fire’ might care to watch YouTube at:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXFMIbkKMMc and many more.

I have set up something of a petition at:
    http://gl-w-docs.blogspot.com/2009/07/gl-w002-obscene-legal-travesty.html

Do HELP the ADMIN of this website/blog to find a way to raise money to fund the fight for Justice.

Within the last 2 weeks another person I know had a baby – their 6th. child – stolen at birth. To date that couple have NEVER had a sound reason for having their children seized – no allegation of abuse, cruelty they merely asked for a second opinion before their oldest daughter was FORCED to have a bone marrow test.

The Doctor transpired to be a specialist witness for The SS – he ignored the request, seized the child into care and FORCED the test on her. His DIAGNOSIS was as suspected by the parents was WRONG.

Our Courts seem to be out of control!

    See more at:
    http://gl-w-docs.blogspot.com/2009/07/gl-w002-obscene-legal-travesty.html

Good luck to these parents and their much loved child.

    Regards,
    Greg L-W.

      Hi SB,

I’ve been involved with the parents in this case since the RSPCA raid.

Dennis Rice did a great job bringing the story alive once he was put in touch with the parents as has my old friend Christopher Booker in The Telegraph which at the moment has almost 300 comments!

You may find YOUR case can be helped by linking through:
      http://StolenKids-Bloggers.blogspot.com
A self help clearing house with links and other people’s stories linked in.

It is all explained so that YOU can join in and have your own blog for help and advice FREE.

We look forward to hearing in detail of your story and MPs, charities and justice groups read the site as with Journalists looking for stories they can ‘champion’.

      I hope we can help.

      Regards,
      Greg L-W.

When I read the article in the Mail it moved me to tears. As a mum of a five year old I cannot begin to imagine your pain. I contacted your MP to ask if there was anything that could be done to higlight this dreadful case and he directed me here. I hope from the bottom of my heart that you find the strength to keep on fighting for your daughters return to you. Best wishes

I have personally witnessed the corruption and evil in our legal system, but what I have endured pales into insignificance compared to what this once happy and contented family are enduring.
My heart goes out to them and I hope and pray that the oxygen of publicity which has been generated to their plight will result in a favourable outcome for them.
I urge everyone who becomes aware of this atrocious situation to do all that they can to spread the word and make the public aware of what is happening.
